Shipping took a little while but it was packaged well and nothing was damaged. It came with everything needed to build and hang the shelf including the dry wall anchors. My husband was able to put it together fairly quickly but hanging it was a two person job. The shelf isn't SUPER heavy... but someone needs to hold it while the other person levels it and mark where to mount the anchors. Once it was up, it was sturdy and looks great! We're very happy with this product. It is perfect for what we wanted to do :)
