This 1920s evening gown features beautiful quality black panne silk velvet with a chiffon panel inset at the right shoulder, front and back, that is studded with rhinestones. The dress is cut on the bias with horizontal stitching in rows at either upper side. The gown is basically sleeveless, but has small capelet like covers at the shoulders.
