📏 SIZING DETAILS:

These athletic dresses are made to fit *form fitting* and have built in shorts with a side pocket AND the shorts are totally detached for this specific dress for easy bathroom breaks and the possibility of using the shorts for other mix and match outfits!

These run true to size according to this style of fit. We would recommend ordering the size you would normally order in a sports tennis dress or sports bra and recommend sizing up if in-between sizes or normally need/want more room in the chest. Women’s sizes have a built in bra with removable pads so you can wear with no undergarment. 

 What our Customers Say:

• Some size **down** for a tighter fit than what you see on our models.
• Others go **true to size** for a snug look like the models. (most customers order this way)
• Some size **up** for a looser fit or if in-between sizes + would like more room in the Chest/waist.

 OUR Sizing Recommendation:

• These sets (in our opinion) run **TRUE TO SIZE** based on the intention of our *form-fitting* design like you see on our models. We generally recommend ordering your true size in what you would wear in a sports bra/athletic top.
• If you are IN BETWEEN SIZES: Sizing DOWN if in-between sizes will give you more compression in the waist/shorts. Sizing UP will allow a more lose fit in the waistband and shorts.
• This style may not be for you if: You normally do not like snug fitting clothing.

• This item is digitally printed on stretchy spandex athletic fabric.
• Avoid sitting on rough surfaces (cement, benches, etc.) to prevent snagging or pilling. We are NOT responsible for pilling in the bottom/crotch of the skorts or skirt mesh because of this.
• We do recommend HAND WASHING or washing in a laundry bag on cold/delicate and hang or lay flat to dry! Any item containing mesh fabric can NOT be dried with heat! 
• **Do not** wash with items that have zippers, buttons, or snaps.
