You need to be careful when comparing vitamins and supplements anywhere you choose to buy them because although they will advertise 500mg,for instance, some you need to take two tablet to get that 500mg. I actually have only been taking them for a week or two but if they were not 500mg and a good quality magnesium my body would tell me in just a few days. These have been working fine for my sleep and nerve pain so i do recommend them. There is only one con I would have yo say that I wish they would specify what percentage of which type of magnesium this is. Most likely the oxide at this price but it just would be nice to know. I have the subscribe and save so plan on sticking with it. Good price and it is what they tell me it us plus only one per day. Nice find.
