Easy tasty way to support digestive health

I've been using these prebiotic fiber gummies for a while now, and overall I've had a very positive experience. The Citrus Berry Splash flavor is genuinely enjoyable, which makes them much easier to take consistently than some other fiber supplements I've tried. I also love the convenience I keep the bottle on my coffee table and have them after dinner when I watch TV.

For me, these gummies work best as part of an ongoing digestive health routine rather than as a quick solution when I'm already feeling backed up. In those situations, I personally find fiber powders to be a bit more effective. However, that's not really the purpose of these gummies—they're designed to help maintain digestive health and regularity over time, and I think they do that well.
The gummies tend to stick together in the bottle, especially once I've gotten about halfway through it. I've found that storing the bottle upside down helps prevent them from clumping too much and makes them easier to grab.
