My back is supported by the lumbar seat and having the armrests being able to go up when not needed is wonderful. The quality of the chair is definitely worth the price.

IT ALLOWED THE LIFT CYLINDER TO WORK. Not at all what the instructions say. At any rate, we're keeping the chair.
