I LOVE THIS CHAIR! I've had a manager's style leather chair for the past four years from one of the office supplies big box stores and the armrests began to wear off, so the need for a suitable replacement was needed. The lumbar support is a little difficult to adjust correctly and that would be my only item for the makers to improve in future iterations.
