I LOVE THIS CHAIR! I've had a manager's style leather chair for the past four years from one of the office supplies big box stores and the armrests began to wear off, so the need for a suitable replacement was needed. The item is cheaper than when I bought it and that's an absolute steal and bargain with much value hopefully for years to enjoy.
